WinkMail Terms of Service

1. Service
WinkMail provides temporary mailboxes, email, sharing links, webhooks and APIs. Do not use it for important accounts, sensitive data or communications that must be retained.
2. Accounts and use
Keep your account and API key secure. You must not send spam, phishing, malware or unlawful content, infringe rights or disrupt the service.
3. Email and sharing
Messages can become irretrievable after expiry, deletion or cleanup. Anyone with a sharing link may access its associated content; share only with trusted people.
4. Changes and termination
We may change, suspend or end the service for security, maintenance, abuse prevention or legal reasons, and may restrict violating accounts.
5. Disclaimer
The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee delivery, completeness, timeliness or permanent retention of email to the extent permitted by law.
6. Updates
We may update these terms by publishing them here. Continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.
